Small Group Training in Naples, FL

The accountability of a team with programming still built around you. Same coaches, same standards, same measured results — with the energy of training beside people who are genuinely invested in your progress.

Not a Class

Personal Training, Multiplied — Not Diluted

A class hands everyone the same workout and hopes it fits. Our small-group sessions don’t. You train on your own plan, built from your own assessment, with a coach who watches your form and adjusts your loads — while the group supplies the thing a solo program can’t: people who notice when you show up and cheer when your numbers move.

It’s the closest thing to the home-team atmosphere The Shred Shed is known for — premium coaching with the close support of a community that’s genuinely invested in you.

Who It’s For

Motivated by More Than a Mirror

Small group fits the client who wants credentialed, personalized coaching but does their best work with others in the room — the friends who train together, the spouses keeping each other honest, the value-conscious client who wants premium standards at a friendlier price point. Every member still gets baseline measurement, individual programming, and progress that’s tracked, not guessed.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

How big are the groups?

Small enough that your coach still knows your plan, your history, and your form on every lift. This is small-group personal training, not a class — spots are intentionally limited.

Do I still get my own program?

Yes. You train alongside others, but your programming, loads, and progressions are yours — built from your assessment and adjusted as you progress.

Is small group right for me, or should I do 1-on-1?

If you want maximum privacy or have complex injury considerations, start 1-on-1. If you're motivated by training with others and want premium coaching at a friendlier price point, small group is an excellent fit. The free consultation will help you choose.

What does it cost?

Group training runs on Forge memberships, from two to five coached sessions a week, or a punch card or single drop-in pass if you're not ready for a membership. Pricing is shared when you join, and your free consultation covers every option.
